Where do you ship?

We are able to ship to street addresses, P.O. F.P.O. and A.P.O. boxes in all 50 states as well as Canada.
Please note that if you select expedited UPS shipping, they are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

What shipping methods do you offer?

  • Free Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days for UPS and 2-8 business days for USPS Expedited Expedited Shipping: 2nd Day and Next Day Air from UPS at additional cost calculated at checkout.
  • International Shipping: UPS International Standard shipping available at additional cost calculated at checkout

Please allow 1-4 business days for us to receive and process your order—you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

I entered the wrong address on my order. Can this be fixed?

Please double check your address for accuracy before submitting your order online. Once the package has been picked up by the carrier, it becomes difficult to re-route that item. Please contact us and we will try to assist you.

When will my order ship?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within one business day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or over the weekend are shipped Monday.

When will my order be delivered?

We offer free standard shipping options on all orders, which will come via UPS or USPS. We ask that you allow up to 3-5 business days for delivery of all UPS ground shipments and 2-8 business days for USPS shipments. Orders placed with an expedited shipping method such as 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air are guaranteed for delivery within their respective business day timeline.

How can I track my order?

When a shipping label is generated, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order.

Shipments can be tracked through the link in the email we send and will automatically update as the shipment progresses.

*Look for an email subject of “Your package is estimated to arrive..” in your inbox.

*If you do not receive your Tracking Email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your Spam or Promotions folders.

Is there a delay around holidays?

We recommend shopping early to ensure your packages arrive in time for the holidays. Carrier delays are out of our control.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to all 50 states as well as Canada. International shipments are sent UPS International Standard.

Customers responsible for duties and taxes on international shipments at time of delivery directly to the carrier.

Can I upgrade my shipping after my order has been placed?

We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, we cannot edit your order’s selected shipping.

Can my shipment be redirected to a different address?

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot update the listed shipping address. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier using your tracking number for reference to inquire about making any changes that could impact a successful delivery.

What do I do if my order’s shipping has been delayed?

Unfortunately, there may be delivery delays due to reasons outside our control, such as carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, or labor strikes.

My package is marked delivered, but I did not receive it. What now?

Please contact us for help if this occurs. Be sure to check around for your package; some carriers leave packages in hidden places so they cannot be seen from the street. Please also check if someone, like a neighbor or an Apartment Office Manager, accepted delivery on your behalf.

My order was damaged in transit. Can you help?

Sorry that happened! Please send us a note at support@oldsportcompany.com. From there we’ll find a solution right away.

Why are my tracking details not updating?

Sometimes, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status, so we recommend allowing 48 hours for the tracking details to update. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working after that, please reach out to us via support@oldsportcompany.com. We're always here to help!

MILITARY ADDRESSES AND SHIPPING:

Orders shipping to an APO, FPO, or DPO address will need to be placed on our US site and will be treated as a domestic order when shipping but may be treated as an international order when returning.

We apologize, as we cannot currently offer express services to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Refused Shipments:

If you refuse your shipment from Old Sport, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and customs charges on the package (both original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Old Sport.

Returned to Sender:

In some scenarios, the carrier may be unable to complete delivery due to uncontrollable circumstances. If your package has been marked “Return to Sender” please contact us.

Shipping Disclaimer:

Once your order has shipped, Old Sport cannot be held liable for any damages or losses incurred in transit. While we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your items, we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control. As such, we strongly recommend monitoring the progress of your shipment using the provided tracking information and reaching out to the shipping carrier for any updates or concerns.
