Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns of unworn, unstained, and undamaged merchandise that was purchased in our website. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase to be eligible for a refund. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip or receipt. The original shipping and handling costs associated with an order are not eligible for refund.
A return will be processed once it has been received at our office and its condition has been deemed to be in accordance with our policy. Old Sport Company reserves the right in our sole discretion to deny returns/exchanges that are found not to be in accordance with our policy.
Customized and Pre Orders:
Orders for monogrammed/personalized items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
Shipping of Returns/ Exchanges:
For returns and exchanges within the USA, Old Sport Company will issue a prepaid label when a request is completed using our online returns portal. For returns for a refund, the cost of this label will be deducted from the refund amount. For domestic exchanges, Old Sport Company will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
